Providing Assistance based on policy number filled by customerduring registration this will allow users to download theapplication and fill some basic vehicle and customer information.This information is stored on our server and whenever you open theapp during a assistance need the application will allow you to sendlocation information and ensure the help is available in very shortduration.2. The application also provides an option to call a directnumber in case of emergencies and other network issues if theapplication is not getting proper internet coverage.The application is compatible with all versions of AndroidPhones and can be used only if data plan is available or you areconnected to a WIFI network. The application will keep record ofyour history of vehicle information and personal information andallow using the same during the assistance is requested.The application is only available for India as of now.
